Penelope Schwiebert has been in organizational development in various capacities for the past 33 years, in fields from high-tech to health care and government. Her positions included organizational specialist, technical education manager, facilitator, trainer and educator.

Dr. Schwiebert received her Doctor of Philosophy in Adult Education from the University of Idaho. She has been a graduate adjunct professor for Boise State University and University of Idaho. Included in the many courses Dr. Schwiebert has taught are: Lean Principles, Strategic Planning, Performance Consulting, Project Management, Future of Work, and Human Performance Technology.

Her work in “lean” has lead organizations through large and small process improvements while demonstrating results. She has worked extensively with offices, government and education. She has been the president of The Schwiebert Group, Inc., for the past 20 years.

Erwin Schwiebert had 30 years experience in engineering and engineering management in the aerospace and electronics industries before joining The Schwiebert Group, Inc.  His experience includes product development, manufacturing systems development, supply chain development, and product support.  He holds masters degrees in Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Management of Technology.

He is the vice president of The Schwiebert Group, Inc. where he specializes in consulting and training in project management and related organizational development.  He also serves as adjunct faculty for Boise State University.

Erwin has presented at YWCA Women in Management seminar, Indiana Labor & Management Council on Enabling Work Teams to Reach High Performance, and Hewlett Packard.
